A furiously action packed film, From Paris with Love takes the audience on a wild ride all the way through with its fast paced unforgettable scenes and many blazing guns. For lovers of action movies that carry some suspense and other scenes that are a cause for much debate afterward, this is the movie to see.

One of the main characters, James Reese, is played by Golden Globe Best Actor award winner Jonathan Rhys Meyers. The character James Reese is the personal aide assisting the U. S. Ambassador to France, and his dedication to his work has the Ambassador’s full trust and confidence in his flawless efficiency.

Unknown to his employer, Reese has a sideline ambition to become a full fledged CIA operative and he has been taking on minor assignments during his diplomatic capacity as an aide. All of this activity is shared in confidence with his lovely French fiancee Caroline (played by Kasia Smutniak).

This double life that Reese leads is completely pivoted to another level when he meets Charlie Wax. Played by seasoned actor John Travolta, Charlie Wax is sent to France on a mission and has been given James Reese as a partner who knows the Paris well. Wax is an agent with a style all his own, and this is completely beyond what Reese expects.

The presence of Travolta in the movie alone will give the audience an idea on how the plot is about to thicken and how things are about to get exciting. Sure enough, the movie starts to move at a death-defying rate once Charlie Wax makes his appearance.

Wax begins to take Reese on a wild ride from the very beginning, as Reese is forced to use diplomatic influence to pull him past customs officials who detain him for bringing in canned drinks. Wax begins to show Reese the real and brutal side of secret agent work that all begins when he assembles his gun “Mrs. Jones” from the very same canned drinks that caused trouble with French customs. Armed and on a mission, Wax hunts down and eliminates goons in a Chinese restaurant that houses a drug syndicate.

Wax proceeds to attack one drug den after another, telling Reese he is on a special “offline” mission for a high government official whose daughter was a victim of the drug ring. After making it obvious that he is after something deeper, Reese finally manages to get Wax to tell him the actual truth about the mission.

In actuality, the cocaine trail leads to an underground circle of terrorists plotting to infiltrate the U. S. Embassy. Reese is shocked to find that a very active player in this circle of subversives is his own fiancee who had been specifically chosen to glean intelligence from Reese, betraying his trust in her.

The movie reaches its peak as a suicide bomber succeeds in infiltrating the U. S. Embassy disguised as a summit delegate. Reese starts to analyze all the facts and realizes that it is his fiancee who has been chosen to carry the bomb.

The movie takes a turn towards the dramatic as Reese tries to convince Caroline not to activate the bomb, and that her life means so much more to him. Regardless she still tries to activate the bomb and Reese is compelled to shoot her point blank, killing her and watching her fall. As she falls, Wax comes up from behind and catches her, and later disarms the bomb.

From Paris with Love is a movie filled with action, mystery, and self analysis as James Reese has to shed everything he used to believe his life to be, and takes on the reigns to become an official CIA agent. The fact that his unlikely mentor is Charlie Wax, Reese becomes a changed man by the end of the movie.

Remember that beginning drum lessons is quite easy but should be backed up with hard work. Buy Films One of the better parts of this television special is when Charlie Brown goes hunting for a Christmas tree. To make it even, you would need to add 3 more B notes.
